Standard Life Aberdeen sold

Standard life Aberdeen (SLA.L, FTSE 100, Market Cap £6.1bn, 272p, 0.0% of JIC Portfolio and 0.0% of JIC Top 10)

Last week I wrote a rather lukewarm conclusion to my diary entry on Standard Life Aberdeen. I ended, “If I didn’t hold, I wouldn’t buy, and I am likely to see this holding as a source of funds for other investments. Weak Holder!”

The shares have been reasonably strong since then and I have this morning sold first thing at 272p per share, realising a near 10% profit on my purchases in December and January.

I’ve have to rush to a “spinning” class, so will update portfolio and transactions details later this morning.
